Handheld metal detector MINION-1
MINION-1 is a handheld metal detector specially developed for highly accurate person search and hand luggage control in the airports, ports, entrances of exhibitions, factories etc. It can be used also as a general purpose metal detector, e.g. for locating metal cables, pipes and armature in the concrete, wires in walls, nails in the wood etc.
MINION-1 has the dynamic mode for detection of metallic targets and adjusts automatically.
On the front panel of the electronics case there are the following:
- slide switch for power ON/OFF switching and sensitivity choice
- integrated loudspeaker
- socket for headphone
- two-colour light indicator (LED).
The green LED and audio tone are signalling the metal target detection. The red LED indicates low battery. The metal detector is supplied with wrist strap. For transport and storage the detector is placed into carton box.
