Wiremeter MS-6
Drilling machine wiremeter MS-6 is a device for measuring the length of cables, wire ropes etc. The wiremeter maybe used as a stationary measuring device at drilling machines in boring. It enables to follow the drill penetration into the ground, measure the depth of the bore and probe the bore.
- to measure the movement of the wire in every 3 m step;
- to measure the total movement of the wire (odometer).
The wiremeter is measuring the length of the drill wire at its movement either forward or backward, e.g. adding to the measured length moving forward and subtracting from the measured result moving in reversed direction.
The wiremeter is useful also in other similar cases where it is necessary to measure the length or the movement of the wire with very high accuracy.
At switching the wiremeter off the last measuring results will be saved and kept in the device memory.
