NOVA-1
Dosimeter NOVA-1 is a portable device for measuring the γ-radiation equivalent dose and dose rate.
The dosimeter reading will be displayed on the LCD on the device front panel. The push button on the front panel enables to change the display priority (dose/dose rate/date/time). The unit of dose measure is µSv, dose rate measure µSv/h.
Dosimeter has the battery feeding, typical life is more than 400 days in background field. Connecting the dosimeter to PC (with special cable) and reading the data from device memory into PC it will be possible to present the data in the form of table. The table contains the following: operation date, time, registered summarized γ-radiation doses from the time of device operation beginning and with the steps of chosen time period and dose rates calculated for every single time period.
PC enables also to change and save new operation parameters for the dosimeter: data saving time period, alarm threshold for dose and dose rate. Dosimeter set includes the following accessories: software, data communication cable.
