Vehicle crossing detector SCYLLA-2

SCYLLA-2  is a vehicle crossing detector which gives the electric signal at vehicle movement or driving over. It may be used for different purposes in traffic control and security.

The detector is installed either into the ground, road surface if the traffic or arrival/departure of vehicles is controlled or into the vehicle if the vehicle movement is under control.

SCYLLA-2   enables to:

• signal about vehicles arrival and departure;
• signal about vehicles departure or abduction from the parking place or arrival to the parking place;
• alarm about  the vehicle abduction when installed into the vehicle;
• open and close automatically the gates, doors at vehicle approach;
• register and count road passing vehicles;
• activate traffic and street lighting or road signs at vehicle arrival/departure.

The SCYLLA-2 output relay maybe used to switch on either light or sound signal to inform the interested institutions or persons of arrival or departure the vehicles to the territory to be controlled. If equipped with the additional module the sensor may send the SMS and call up to four chosen by the customer mobile phones. The message will inform about the activation of a sensor at a certain location.
