Vehicle covered distance calculator
Vehicle covered distance calculator is the device designed for measuring the distances at road making, measuring, control etc.
The distance calculator may be used either as separate road length measuring system or together with the gudronator pump tahhometer for calculation the bitumen consumption to the road surface.
The distance calculator comprises the inductivity sensor for measuring the revolutions of the spidometer cable and the measuring unit for pulse counting. The distance calculator gets feeding from car, e.g. by special cable from the cigarette igniter. But the counter in the measuring unit has the autonomous battery feeding what guarantees the survival of the counter reading despite switching off or disappearing the car operation voltage.
