MLA-3 Remote Blasting Initiator
Overview
Remote blasting initiator MLA-3 is designed to detect moving vehicles and output an electrical signal to other systems. The sensor can be used to initiate mines or monitor traffic on roads.
MLA-3 set includes remote controller and sensors. One remote controller can monitor and command 4 sensors. The sensors can be remotely activated and deactivated with the controller. Sensors can also be activated manually without the remote control. MLA-3 sensors use both magnetic and seismic sensors to avoid false detection of humans or animals.
The sensors are installed into the road or to the side of the road into the ground. When a vehicle passes the sensor, it will output a voltage. The output signal activates near the center of the vehicle.
